About this Role
Tru-Flo Plumbing is seeking a cost-conscious and anticipative individual to assemble proposals for complete residential plumbing systems. This team member must be proficient with spreadsheets, word processing, submitting professional proposals, and composing professional emails. Our estimator must be self-driven and proactive about obtaining information needed to cover all anticipated labor and material. In addition, our estimator must utilize high level critical thinking to ensure our construction projects run efficiently and successfully. Plumbing experience is preferred; however, Tru-Flo is willing to train the right individual who meets the qualifications below.
Qualifications
Ability to assess, obtain data, identify and obtain missing information, compile data, perform cost analysis, describe complete scope of work, submit a professional proposal, discuss questions, and evaluate project performance.
Ability to read blueprints
Ability to collaborate and work with a team
Ability to receive, organize, and compose professional emails
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients
Proficiency with working on computers
Proficiency with spreadsheets and word processing
Strong organizational skills
Strong file management skills
Strong documentation skills
Ability to provide references
