The rates below apply to all plumbing service and remodel work that is not contracted. Rates are based on job location and skill level. We recently restructured our labor rates to compensate for competitive wages due to a limited workforce in our region, consistent overtime, rising fleet expenses, and increased premiums.
NAPLES
One plumber only =
$150 per hour
One plumber + one helper = $175 per hour
One plumber + two helpers = $200 per hour
Two plumbers only (rare) = $300 per hour
BONITA SPRINGS / ESTERO
One plumber only =
$160 per hour
One plumber + one helper = $185 per hour
One plumber + two helpers = $210 per hour
Two plumbers only (rare) = $310 per hour
MARCO ISLAND / FORT MYERS
One plumber only=
$170 per hour
One plumber + one helper = $190 per hour
One plumber + two helpers = $220 per hour
Two plumbers only (rare) = $320 per hour
Please note that two crews (two plumbers + two helpers) will be billed starting at $350 hourly per above scale.
Services are scheduled by our Director of Construction ONLY IF there is availability outside of committed work. Crews can only be determined by our Director of Construction and are based on project continuity and skilled availability. For example, a customer cannot request to only send one plumber without a helper in order to get the best rate.
