BRIAN HANES

A second-generation Neapolitan, Brian is a graduate of Barron Collier and Florida State University. Brian started his career as a private investigator in Tampa. He later returned to Naples to pursue a business opportunity in plumbing construction. Throughout his fifteen-year employment, Brian gained extensive knowledge in purchasing, field operations, and business management.

Brian obtained his plumbing contractor license in 2018. He started Tru-Flo the same year to implement his own vision and ideas for the industry. After a successful start for Tru-Flo, his vision remains the same: Build a company that fosters learning and personal growth among all team members, with incentives to strive for excellence in the plumbing industry.

Brian and his wife, Nancee, live in Naples with their three children. They enjoy boating, diving, traveling, concerts, and spending time with family and friends.
