Growing up as the daughter of an electrical engineer, Nancee had the unique experience of living and traveling all over the world, with New York and Florida considered as her home base. She attended Florida State University, where she studied both music and nursing. For fifteen years, Nancee worked as a registered nurse, specializing in critical care and functional medicine. Nancee credits her business acumen to her time working with David Perlmutter, M.D., a renowned neurologist and best-selling author.

Nancee's background in healthcare has been instrumental in shaping Tru-Flo's adaptability and innovative approach to the field; She helped develop the systems and informatics that Tru-Flo utilizes today. As a licensed plumbing contractor, she is passionate about merging superior craftsmanship with effective project management and business operations.

Outside of work, Nancee enjoys playing the piano, studying the Bible, organizing spaces, and spending quality time with family and friends.
